has just the sealer you've been looking for! |
| CCW water-based, environmentally friendly sealers protect new concrete, masonry, and also restores and maintains existing concrete and masonry that has been damage by time and weather. CCW’s penetrating sealers protects concrete and masonry from the damage caused by water, acids, salts, oil, and other organic stains. They also prevent or delay problems resulting from efflorescence, freeze/thaw, mold and mildew, concrete dusting, and spalling. CCW sealers are a non-membrane forming breathable sealer that penetrates into the substrate and chemically react with alkali in the concrete and masonry to fill capillary pores, hairline cracks, and voids to slow down or prevent water and air migration through the masonry or concrete. The inorganic, potassium-sodium micro-solution, now 1/4 to 4-inches deep (depending on concrete composition) within the concrete, becomes an integral part when it hardens causing the concrete or masonry to densify and thereby decreasing the moisture permeability and porosity. CCW’s 1007-P and 1010-S sealers and 5000WB water repellent form dense hydrophobic compounds within the pore structure to repel water, acids, salts, chlorides, oil, and a variety of organic stains to protect the concrete from most future stains resulting in an easier to maintain surface. CCW sealers seal the surface from the inside rather than laying on the surface allowing weakening to re-occur due to moisture or heavy wear and tear. The Anti-Graffiti water repellent allows future graffiti to be easily removed. CCW’s concrete and masonry cleaners and graffiti stripper are also designed to penetrate into concrete or masonry to lift out and suspend contaminants so they can be easily washed away.
