| Curb machines that meet today’s
demands! Labor - Safety - Dependability - Maintenance - Support - Versatility - Profit |
| To be successful today it is critical that
we use machines that do the job completely. Any more so it is not enough that a machine only lasts 15 years. For we contractors to compete and win, our machines must be fast, versatile, safe and cost efficient. We also want machines that expand our scope of work and reduce the size of our crew. Meet the Curb-Tec, Inc. CT-3000 curb and trench-curb machine. The Curb-Tec, CT-3000 is an extrusion type curbing machine. It uses an auger to continuously and smoothly pump asphalt or concrete through a mold (shoe) to form most any shape curb in place up to 48 feet per minute. It does this with less men, and with less strain on the crew. It is also easy to operate and service. With one pass it will form in place a curb with, or without, footer. At the end of the day it powers itself onto its transport. Recently a customer shared with us that his CT-3000 is also the job pusher. Unlike other machines they have used, the CT-3000 sets the work pace. Because it extrudes so fast, they can order full loads of material and feed it directly into the large hopper. Now the finishers must keep pace with the CT-3000. Curb-Tec, Inc. is owned by curbing contractors. Our products are manufactured in Florida and sold globally. Additional information is available about this and other Curb-Tec, Inc. products such as the CT-900 or the TR3 Curb related machines. We are also happy to discuss the art of curbing and share our extensive curbing knowledge with you. Please contact us toll free at 1-866-832-CURB (2872).
